Made in Japan in 2002, this is a Watanabe model ‘62 Reissue Jazz Bass with active circuitry. Ash body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (39mm nut width), weighs 4.3kg’s. Side mounted output jack with 4 knobs on the control plate (Volume, Tone, Treble and Bass), it’s got a 9v battery loaded in the back of the body. 
Given a basic service prior to listing, the neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life.
