The renowned S-style electric guitar with a bolt-on neck. That’s the embodiment of an idea to mass produce guitars, fast and effective. And yet, Juha Ruokangas' idea is quite the contrary: one guitar at a time, using all the time it takes.

A reliable workhorse that won’t let you down; that’s the essence of the VSOP Classic. It has that friendliness of an old, well played-in instrument, and yet at the same time it’s more than that, offering a more ergonomic and versatile playing experience.

Besides the three pickup configuration, it is the Fralin Half Blender switch that turns this S Style into the most versatile workhorse. The Blender Pot mod allows you to blend your neck & bridge together, but with this Half Blender pot, it only works in the bridge and bridge + middle positions. You can have a ‘Telecaster’ type tone in Position 1, then with one flip of the 5-Way switch, you'll get full Strat Neck tone!

This VSOP Classic looks really clean with just some small superficial playwear on the pickguard and body and one tiny line in the lacquer on the side. It is in excellent condition but comes real close to near mint We cooperate directly with Juha Ruokangas, and the original 20 year warranty that comes with this guitar will continue automatically for the new owner, meaning it still has 18 years warranty!
