The 7-string model is the first purple color in the Boden Original series!

Strandberg Guitars, created by Swedish designer Ola Strandberg, is a next-generation headless guitar with an original design including an ender neck, multi-hybrid scale and fan frets, and original hardware.

What is the NX Series?
New hardware for improved maintenance and tone, new neck heel shape and updated arm contouring for added comfort. New tonewood choices that sustainably enhance the instrument's sound.
And new colors and paint techniques that enhance the distinctive look and create an even higher level of performance and playing experience.

Coloring
Two colors are available for each spec. Each coloring is reminiscent of the original Boden Original series, with monochromatic colors that match well with the wood grain.

Body
Solid American basswood back and beautiful flame maple/laminated top.
In addition to the tight texture and flat acoustic characteristics of solid wood, the lightweight material also meets weight standards.

Neck
One of the changes made to the NX series is the elimination of roasted maple as the neck material. Roasted wood, which chips easily and is brittle, is often discarded during production. The NX Series is designed with resource conservation in mind, and plain, kiln-dried maple is used. It offers an understated, classic look along with an exquisite vintage texture. In addition, a smooth heel shape has been evolved to provide a sense of unity with the neck. The player can now concentrate more on playing and the music itself.

Hardware
The new EGS Rev 7 hardware looks similar to the previous version, but the "internal" updates are significant, improving the reliability, functionality, tonal character, and ease of maintenance of the hardware itself. The new version is also compatible with previous versions.

The Rev 7 bridge has an automatic locking mechanism that secures the new, larger hexagonal saddle. As a result, the bridge eliminates the small M2 screws used to secure the saddle in previous designs.

The lock nut, which used to be independent, is now a one-piece construction on the Rev 7 and works on all strings simultaneously. The "guide" extended behind each string lock protects the fingertips from string breakage.

ERGO KNOBS
The redesigned ergo-designed knobs have a serrated surface for a better fit when adjusting volume and tone. They also include a concave design on the sides so you can see where the knob setting is without having to look at the knob every time.

The Standard NX series features an original OEM-designed passive pickup on the 6-string model and a Fishman-style high-output passive pickup on the 7- and 8-string models.
While cutting costs by OEM production, the NX series secures Strandberg's genre-less power. It offers tonal flexibility to match virtually all music genres and playing styles.

NX MULTI TOOL / Gigbag
MULTI TOOL. to take full advantage of the Rev 7 hardware, a new NX Multi Tool is included. This allows you to quickly change strings and complete setups without having to use numerous wrenches. The multi-tool can also be hung on a keychain or secured to the back of the headstock or anywhere else using magnets. The tool is a perfect fulfillment of the user's desire to be able to make adjustments quickly and efficiently at any time.
The gig bag has also been redesigned with user-friendly specifications.
