About This Listing

Description

The Traveler Guitar EG-1 Standard is a full 24-3/4″ scale electric guitar featuring a compact single-cutaway mahogany body that provides modern comfort to the traveling guitarist.

The proprietary In-Body Tuning System uses standard tuning machines relocated into the body, eliminating the need for a headstock. As a result, you’ll have the same full-scale playing experience you’re used to on an instrument that’s 27% shorter and 59% lighter than a typical full size electric.

A Seymour Duncan Designed "Devastator" high-gain humbucker pickup is in bridge position to give you heavy tones. A custom headphone amplifier is built-in, allowing you to practice privately. Cycle through clean, boost, overdrive and distortion tones using the custom tap-pot and listen through your headphones or favorite amp. The jackplate has an aux-in so you can plug in your mobile device and play along with your favorite tracks.

Weighing in at just 4 pounds and measuring only 28-1/2" long, the EG-1 Standard is the perfect solution for traveling players unwilling to compromise on scale length, but still looking for a small and light solution. This guitar is an ideal carry-on guitar because it stows easily in airline overhead compartments in its included deluxe gig bag.
