I acquired this incredible horn from the sax repair tech for the late LeRoi Moore of the Dave Matthews band. I recently have been playing alto sax more often and although I have a great attachment to this sax I would rather see it in the hands of someone who will benefit from it more.
This exceptional sax has a huge sound, excellent tonal range, near perfect intonation, instant response throughout the range, as well as quick action. This tenor sax was professionally overhauled with white kangaroo pads which are all in great condition. Roo pads are notable for sealing the tone hole quickly and for their resistance to water and humidity. The horn seals well and is ready to gig with upon deliver.
