Premier Tom Drum Arm Tilter Vintage 1950's/60's

From the 1950's and 60's this is part of a Premier tom arm. This has part of the tilter and section that mounts to bracket. It shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and some rust. Teeth are in good shape. Does have slotted screw which connects it to the bracket. Functions 100%! See the pictures for more details!
