Here's a brand new Furch 'classical' acoustic guitar, with a fundamental 'non classical' difference - it is built with a 1-3/4" nut as compared with the 2" nut that is known to be standard on classical guitars. This guitar is perfect for the player that wants the classical guitar sound that comes from nylon strings, but may not be able to adapt very well to that 2" neck! This is one easy playing, sweet sounding guitar at a sweet price. We have upgraded the case from the Furch gig bag to a high quality hard shell Hiscox case.

We love the Cedar top / Walnut back and sides combination of this guitar. Cedar adds a certain warmth to the sound, while the walnut is strong on fundamentals with a touch of overtones. It seems to us to be the perfect combination for this 'classical hybrid'. Plus - that walnut set is real easy on the eyes!

We encourage you to check out the Furch web page for a comprehensive explanation of all of the special design features on this and all Furch Guitars, such as it's individually voiced top and CNR neck and truss rod system. And be sure to listen to the demonstration video we have included, courtesy of our good freind Doug Yeomans!
