Hi all,
I’m offering for sale a fairly unique and nice piece. It is a Del Vecchio style resonator made by notable luthier Paul McGill during the mid / late 2000s.
The story of this resonator’s development along with their use by players like Earl Klugh, Chet Atkins, and Nato Lima are best explained by the builder himself:

It is a beautifully crafted and appointed guitar with expert details like the bevel in the top and drop shoulder cutaway.
Some specs:
-23.6” / 600mm short scale
-1.87” nut
-2.25” string spacing at saddle
-Brazilian rosewood head plate, heel cap, and cover plate
-Spruce top
-Flamed maple back and sides
-Sloane / Waverly 3-on-a-plate tuners
The current strings on it are Gypsy 10s tuned a half step up. It makes for a unique sound that is definitely something different, and a different feel also with lighter strings on a short scale. Bronze strings in a 12/13 provide a more usual sound. Setup currently nice and light at 5/64”-4/64” from bass to treble.
Just a beautiful guitar, a joy to behold, play, and listen to. In excellent shape with only minor signs of use
Ships with original Travelite case.
Thanks for looking, any questions please don’t hesitate.
*International shipping is possible, please contact me for actual rates based on your location.
