Holton B490R Intermediate "Collegiate" Key of Bb 4 Valve w/Original Shell Case Brass

I purchased this Euphonium new from a Music Store in St. Louis. I have been the only player of the instrument.

This Euphonium is nearly new and has only been played a few months on and off with a concert band.    The tone and quality of the instrument is excellent.  There are two indentations that are shown in photos.  The rest are very few and minor  scratches.  The valves are in near perfect condition, and have excellent response.  This will make an excellent instrument for a musician wanting an warm and mellow sound.

An excellent collegiate euphonium, the B490R features four in-line pistons and excellent pitch and tonal center. The 11" bell helps provide a big, focused sound that projects well. Stainless steel pistons create a long life for the valve section. Rose brass lead pipe resists corrosion.
