Rickenbacker 360/12 built Jan 1988….. If your looking at this listing with interest, then I think you already have an idea of what this guitar is all about…..solid Maple construction, iconic looks, and most important, an iconic sound. So with this in mind let me tell you more.

. I’ve serviced this guitar for the past 30 years. Her original owner Mark, used to invite me over for dinner and drinks. That said, in return I had to re string this little monster.

. Some years ago we re fretted and re finished the fingerboard… you’d never know, of course, after all this is “The Guitar Repairers we’re talking about but I think it’s an important part of the guitar’s history and should be pointed out

. I have replaced the original tailpiece (supplied) with a Winfield “Harp” tailpiece. I did this as the original, whilst being still in one piece is starting to warp, crack and bow. Anyone who knows Rickenbacker also knows that this is a company that gives new meaning to the word “challenge” when it comes to spare parts… A replacement tailpiece (if you can find one) will set you back 550.00AUD and that’s without shipping… let me reiterate…. “if you can find one”

. All of that said, outside of the aforementioned the guitar is completely original inc orig. case.

. She plays beautifully, intones amazingly and has great tuning stability.

. As you can see, she’s in really amazing condition 8/10.

I’m not going to blag on with specs, as these can be found on the Rickenbacker web site

If you like what you see and hear drop us a line. 5500.00 inc original case
