This is a VERY cool mouthpiece, an ROC BRITONE out of England. This appears to be a two and a half (star) rating. There are two filled in (*) marks and one with just an outline, ill be honest I am guessing here. It may very well be a three.
These units are super unique with the V shaped baffle on the inside and from what im told is one of the most unique sounds available from a mouthpiece.
This particular one is an ALTO model and as you can see the bite pad has been chopped away a little which is quite common for them. There are actually a number of easy ways to repair this with Dental Epoxy or just cut and place another bite pad into it to fill the hole. Link below is to someone repairing the bite pad with epoxy.
The one available for sale does not come with the original ligature but from my research does come with the original metal guard. There is also a very very small hair line crack a few MM longs underneath the metal band.
