From a reliable source, this style of Weissenborn predates "styles". The concave edge along the top of the bridge, along with the thin headstock with hip points, places the guitar in late 1915.
Here is some information that I have from Weissenborn and Knutsen aficionado, Tom Noe.
First email:
Here is some information about your Weissenborn: it predates "styles" and therefore is not a Style 4. Style 4s came later and had rope binding around the headstock. This one is in the construct of a style 2 (note the fretboard curved end) with rope binding around the top and back. The concave edge along the top of the bridge, along with the thin headstock with hip points, places the guitar in late 1915.
Second email:
1915 Koa/koa; 2.5” deep at endpin, 2” at nut, 7.25” bow-tie bridge, press-fit wire saddle, exposed screw, large parallelogram; triangle nut inlay, pointed hips on headstock; rope binding top and back, but not headstock or fretboard
