This is serial 141380, which makes it one of the very first guitars Martin built in 1955. The condition is good. Everything on it is original, tuners, ebony nut, bone saddle, Brazilian rosewood bridge, and I believe the original bridge pins are in the case. It has one crack on the back and a small one on the treble side lower bout onthe top. There is a noticeable mark on the back lower bout that is pictured, but there is no movement in it at all. There is finish checking throughout. Other blemishes are shown in the pictures. The action looks a bit high when compared to good six string action, but with only four treble strings, I don't believe it's actually an issue. It comes in a nice vintage black alligator pattern hardshell case. The case has Excelsior brand latches with the key which is all original to the case, all of which leads me to believe the case alone is worth $250 - $500. Inside the case are two sets of bridge pins, both old and in various states of wear. Also in the case are random bits of paper (receipt, string paper) that I'm keeping in the case if only for posterity.
