Ceci Domino 2021 Blue

The Domino is an unconventional guitar handcrafted by me in Italy.
The elements that characterize this guitar are solidity and constructive concreteness and the semplicity of the design.
The structure of the guitar are composed of a neck through body with two sides, a back and a top glued to this.
The neck are composed of 3 piece of maple glued togheter to increase the stability. 
All the wooden parts are finished with 30 very light coats of tru-oil with a pleasant satin effect and a very natural feeling.
The top an the back are dyed with blue color and also covered these with tru oil.
The bridge, the tailpiece and the strap buttons are all manually shape starting from a solid brass and aluminum bars.
The tailpiece is positioned inside the large round hole open on the tonal chambers of the guitar.
The pickup set have been conceived on the basis of the main characteristics of the classics P90, such as definition and body.
The bridge pickup is a hand-wound alnico 5 with plain enamel isolation with 9.5khom. The pattern used it is made to enhance the mid frequencies in order to have definite, dynamic and full-bodied rhythms but without ever being muddy.
The bridge pickup is always a hand wound alnico 5 with a polysol insulation with 13khom. The high impedance and type of pattern used in the winding is dedicated to the territories where the saturation of the signal begins, maintaining an always crystalline definition present but with a decisive attack and always linked to the dynamics.
The pickups are selectable with a pot blender with a central stop that allows to obtain the preferred combination.
the volume pot is equipped with treble bled so you don't lose the high frequencies when you turn down the volume knob.
The instrument has a remarkable volume also not amplified, and a very fully sound with a strong acoustic presence.
The guitar is sold with a new solid custom case.

FRET 22 medium with zero fret.
PICKUP  2 EG pickups custom P90.
CONTROLS  1 Volume (with treble bleed), 1 Tone, 1 pick-ups blender.
BRIDGE one piece brass handcrafted with adjustable height and intonation.
TRUSS ROD double action.
SCALE LENGHT 25-1/2" (648mm).
STRINGS DR 11-50 pure blues.
