Jimmy Chamberlin's one-of-a-kind prototype 9pc Yamaha Phoenix kit is now available on Reverb.

This kit sports a custom hand-painted Metallic Copper finish; thick brush strokes cast shadows and add a fantastic depth to this already eye-catching color. Jimmy wanted a finish that looked like copper-clad cookware, and Yamaha's artisans did their very best to replicate this unique look. This kit was the very first Phoenix series set ever produced, and the line would go on to be one of the most expensive and sought after series in Yamaha's history.

This set is utterly unique, and with a diverse array of sizes and Yamaha's legendary hybrid shell technology is at home in nearly any genre of music or style of playing. The kit is in amazing shape, with very minor wear on the heads and shells, save for a couple light dings and scratches.
