Luxman C-06α: A gorgeous, highly advanced Japanese control amplifier!
This Luxman C-06α is a Japanese control amplifier which was released in Japan in 1991 and features the high quality of electrical amplifier circuit engineering that has made Luxman famous among audiophiles. The amp features a full-stage op-amp circuit for a more ideal balanced operation and preservation of phase purity in the high frequency range. The attenuator in the volume section is fabulous, designed for balanced input and with a dual-mono construction. The C-06α is built from proprietary cutting-edge components (e.g. acoustically superior carbon films used in the amp's resistors), and as a result this amp provides exceptionally rich music production. The whole unit features a certain quality of construction you can immediately notice, and audio reproduction worthy of the Luxman name.
This amp is in very good condition, with some signs of age and use, including minor yellowing overall (see pictures). This amplifier has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, who has confirmed its integrity and working condition.
