The extremely rare and elusive Fx-63 Deep Freeze Stereo Chorus Pedal. These were made in low numbers like many bass versions in the 90's (The guitar version - Ice Box is more common but not as lush). I have another one and consider them to be the best chorus pedals Ive ever had. (My Boss DC-2 and PastFX Chorus ensemble are next but far behind). I bought one whenever I could after I found out how amazing they were. To score one of these was like finding hens teeth. After almost 2 decades of collecting I acquired a couple. It has an analog MN3007 chip which gives out incredible sea-like swirl while remaining very quiet with tons of bottom end due to the mix knob. Sounds awesome on guitars as well - In fact; This will sound better than the highly coveted MIJ Boss CE 2. I sold my silver screw CE 2 after acquiring one of these because it sounds better. Thicker, with more clarity and definition to the bottom end while having the ability to increase shimmer beyond the capabilities of a Boss ce 2. With the freeze knob midway it has the same sparkle as the ce-2, but can go further by another half of the knobs rotation. You can dim or brighten the treble to taste for the perfect amount of shimmer. The Boss Ce2 will sound muddy and dull in comparison. The pedal is in great condition, this is also the first edition of the Fx 63 pedal, without the "true" labels at the top. Tested with both power supply and 9V battery, both are still working perfectly. If you are a chorus nut like me then purchase this while its still available and see for yourself why so many consider this to be the best chorus pedal ever made. 💎
