This is Chechen wood with most likely Pau Ferro. Sounds similar to Rosewood. I think this is US made by Musikraft but l'm not sure. This used to have traditional Kluson style tuners.
It is an extremely well made neck and is very nice to play.
This neck has been professionally crowned by an experienced tech.

Carve: 0.87 at 1st fret, 0.94 at 12 fret
Nut width: 1 11/16”
Carve: Standard-C
Neck Wood: Chechen Wood - Similar to Rosewood.
Fretboard Wood: Pau Ferro - Possibly but I am not sure.
Frets: 21 frets - Stainless steel I think but I am not sure.
