Vintage Yamaha BB5000 5 String Bass with Case- Made in Japan- BB-5000

Here is a great playing older Yamaha BB-5000 five string bass. It was made in Japan and the serial number is LZQI110 in case that helps date it. The bass appears to be all original and it's in nice shape for its age. The black finish does show some pick marks and swirls in the clear lacquer and some scattered small impressions and marks but nothing too deep or distracting and no exposed wood. There are no cracks or repairs, just normal light signs of use in other words. The gold plating on the hardware has typical mild fading and tarnish, the worst being on the pickup rings. The neck is straight with easy playing action and good frets. It has one Jazz Bass style pickup and one Precision style pickup for a wide range of tones. Both pickups have good output and everything works as it should.  It comes with a non-original hardshell case.
