This is the Electro Harmonix Holy Grail Plus reverb pedal. EHX took the classic Holy Grail pedal and gave you one additional reverb type, and more control over the reverb settings. It's been on the pedalboards of Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of the Stone Age, Kirk Douglas of The Roots, Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys, Nels Cline of Wilco, Jar Farrar of Son Volt, and countless others.

Here's a rundown of the Holy Grail's controls:

REVERB: This is a 4-way knob that selects from the following reverb types:
- SPRING (like the onboard reverb from a classic tube amp)
- HALL (big, cavernous reverb)
- ROOM (new to the Holy Grail Plus, more intimate slapback-style reverb)
- FLERB (reverb + flanger)
AMOUNT: This is the decay time of the reverb. Turning the knob clockwise increases the length of the reverb.
BLEND:This is a wet/dry blend knob. Full counter-clockwise is completely dry signal. As you turn the knob clockwise, the wet reverberated signal increases. Full clockwise is 100% wet, with no dry signal.

This Holy Grail Plus is in fair condition. The pots, jacks and switches are all clean and quiet. However, the Reverb selection knob, which is supposed to have 4 positions, has 12 positions. The first four positions are normal. The next four positions are a repeat of the first four. The last four positions are either Flerb mode, or no effect, depending on which direction you're turning the knob. All four reverb modes work as they're supposed to. Everything else works as well.

You can power this pedal with a Boss PSA-style AC/DC adapter, or a 9-volt pedalboard power supply that can supply a minimum of 200mA.
