1993 Fender Stratocaster, Black Body with White Pickguard, Maple Neck

I have for sale a custom 90's Fender Stratocaster.

This guitar was put together from 2 broken guitars.  It might say "made in mexico" in the headstock, but that's the only part of this guitar that was made there. 

The body is all American, along with all of the hardware within the body.

It plays great, and is in wonderful condition aside from a few small nicks here and there, but those are love nicks from being played.  The neck is a little dirty, but that will buff right out with a good cleaning. You can't go wrong with that maple neck, looks just like Claptons 'Blacky'! The reason I know this is a 90's Strat, is because I received it in the 90's (this is my first guitar I ever had!), and if you date the serial numbers on the headstock it states the neck is from a '93 strat.

My dad bought this for me for my first guitar when I was 12. His friend pieced the two broken guitars together.

I haven't had this set-up, but it could probably use one.  If you decide to purchase this, and want it set up prior to receiving it, I can get that done for you for an additional $20 (that's half of the cost of the set-up at Sam Ash Music). I should also mention that I bought a set of black strap-locks for this that I never had installed which I'll throw in with the guitar if you want them.

This guitar has never been gigged, and lived for the entirety of it's life in my hands, in my house.

I've priced it to sell. It comes with the Fender coffin case, the strap, and the whammy bar pictured.
