Atom A101 - Japanese Record Cutting Machine

A rare portable Japanese 7" record cutting lathe machine from the 80's. Similar to the Vanrock E101 machines.

Fully restored, new drive belts, recapped, cleaned and re-greased. Motor works, amp works, compressor works, 33 and 45 speeds run accurately, mono cutting head receiving signal. Comes with the original record clamp, original sapphire stylus and heating wire, comes in a lockable suitcase with 2 keys + 3 photocopied manuals in Japanese, and a non-original power cable.

Dimensions with suitcase closed are 15.5 x 12.5 x 8 inch.

Runs on 100V which is the Japanese power rating, you will need a power converter depending on where you are. There are some visual scuffs on the cutter faceplate as pictured which don't affect operation. The included original stylus is best for lacquers. For PVC and superior audio results it is advised to purchase a diamond long-shank stylus.
