Hartman Analog Flanger with MN3007 BBD chip, a clone of the original non-deluxe version of the Electro Harmonix Electric Mistress Flanger. First produced with the fabled Reticon SAD1024 BBD chip (as in the Mistress), the design was later changed by the maker due to the rarity of the Reticon chip, and therefore producing them with the MN3007.
While some purists prefer the earlier models with the rare chip, about 99% of the character of the original remained in the newer model, with a lot less of the noise issues that plagued the original! These are no longer made and are considered to the closest you are going to get to an original Mistress without forking out the absurd amount asked for these days.
