This is an S-87 condenser from mic parts that I built in 2018. It is designed to be similar in sound to a U-87. The pictures that are published here show the mic wired as being selectable between cardiod and omni. I've since changed this to be cardiod only, with a selectable pad so it can be used on high SPL sources like guitar cabs. Mic parts currently wants $369 USD for these kits and $579 USD for them pre built. It works perfectly, I'm just cleaning out some extra gear that isn't getting used much any more.
