Music Man John Petrucci JP6 BFR Baritone Amethyst Burst

Up for sale: Ernie Ball Music Man JP6 BFR Baritone (a discontinued model) in gorgeous Amethyst Burst (a discontinued finish) with original brown BFR hardshell case and Certificate of Authenticity!  I bought this guitar used about a year and a half ago and I've babied it ever since.  It has only been used in my home studio to lay down some bass tracks (I'm actually selling this to purchase a bass) and has never been gigged out with.  In fact, I've played it so little that I haven't yet had to change the battery since putting a fresh one in when I got it in the fall of 2014.  This is an older guitar (I'm not sure when Amethyst Burst was discontinued, but I want to say it was around 2010) and as such it still has the BFR badge, but does not have the stainless steel frets or the redesigned bridge (no Amethyst Burst models were produced with the new bridge or SS frets).  It is in what I would call (conservatively) excellent finish.  There are no dings or dents, and only minor surface scratching (with the one larger scratch on the back pictured; not through the finish).  The piezo pickup and both magnetic pickups work great and sound THUNDEROUS.  It's currently set up in B standard with .14-.64 gauge strings (took a set of D'Addario 7 strings and ditched the low .11) and the intonation and playability are fantastic.  This is a rare discontinued guitar, so don't miss out on your chance to own a piece of Music Man and John Petrucci history!  Shipping will be to CONFIRMED addresses in the CONUS ONLY.  Please ask any and all questions before purchasing!
