Fender Silverface Dual Showman Reverb

This is a seldom seen, Fender Dual Showman Reverb TFL5000D manufactured in 1969 during Fender's Silverface cosmetics era. This amp is in good overall condition for it's age showing some scuffing, chipping, scratching and light peeling to the tolex. There is some tarnishing to the aluminum silver face plate and chassis hardware. There was another jack added to the front panel that is no longer functional and the back panel is M.I.A. This amp has been recently checked and tuned up and is ready to provide another 40+ years of faithful, reliable service. The power cord was replaced with a safer, 3 prong unit. The reverb tank was replaced with a newer "MOD" upgrade unit. The power tubes were replaced with brand new Sovteks. The preamp tubes are the original issue RCA's. This is big, epic clean tone as it was meant to be. Full and liquid sounding with that classic Fender sparkle.
