Purchased from Mutron's representative in 1982 as a demo model. 

This pedal was one of the last Mutron Octave Dividers sold in Los Angeles owned by session guitar player, Doug Perkins. 

One of a kind, and quite rare. 

Produces an octave below the input signal and utilizes the same circuit as the "Green Ringer" pedal from Mutron.
