I believe everything is original except for the reproduction pyramid bridge & the fossilized mammoth ivory bridge pins. Converted to Spanish from Hawaiin lap set-up a long time ago. Sometimes these guitars were refinished when they were sent back to the factory for conversion, so, it is possible. It has the old type bar frets, which are indicative of a conversion sometime in the '30's of '40's. The guitar has great tonal quality & projection, & is a vibrant, beautiful instrument to play.
